Terms of Use

These terms apply when you play Paint Harbor ("the game"), made by Koray Oksuztepe ("we", "us"). By playing you accept them. If you downloaded the game from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) is your licence; these terms add the game's own rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.

1. Your licence

You may install and play the game for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, modify or reverse engineer it, or use cheats, bots or exploits.

2. Coins, buckets and boosters

Coins, buckets, boosters and paint styles are part of the game. You receive a licence to use them in the game; they are not property, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. They are stored on your phone: if you remove the game without a backup, they are gone. Restore purchases returns VIP, No Ads and the paint styles you bought, including the Starter Pack's Honey style; coins and boosters are used when bought and cannot be restored.

3. Purchases

Prices are shown in the game in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies and as the law requires.

4. VIP subscription

• Paint Harbor VIP is a monthly subscription. Each month it gives video rewards without the videos, no ads between levels, 200 coins every day and the Neon paint style.
• The price is shown before you buy and is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm.
• It renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.

5. Ads

Rewarded videos you choose to watch and short ads between some levels, from Google AdMob. VIP and No Ads remove the ads between levels. See the Privacy Policy for your choices about them.

6. The game can change

We may update the game, change levels, rewards and prices, or stop offering it. We will not remove purchased content that is still in the game without a fair reason, and stopping the game does not affect any refund rights you have under the law.

7. Liability

We provide the game with care, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect loss or for interruptions caused by stores, networks or devices. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law and the protections of the consumer laws of Quebec, the European Union and the United Kingdom.

8. Ending

You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend use of the game by anyone who breaks these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where Koray Oksuztepe is established, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
